This Drive-In was restored to like new condition. Originally started in 2007 but stopped in 2008 due to marital discord. The following was done to the property at that time: 1. Rebuild of structure walls and roof- rubber roof installed 2. Complete replacement of all electrical with a 200 Amp Service - plenty of outlets and commercial lighting including out door lighting 3. Complete replacement of Soil stack, drains new to sewer, water pipes and water heater 4. Installation of a Captive Air Exhaust hood, Exhaust fan, intake air vent and a fully charged Ansul system as per recommendation by a Mechanical Engineer. 5. Bears standing on barrels, log were obtained from a local log home builder. 10. Commercial lighting was added under the eaves in the service area- yellow fluorescent type lighting - smacks of the 1950's 11. Extensive ceramic tiling throughout 12. Commercial suspended ceiling in the kitchen area with commercial lighting 13. Cooking area - Stainless steel surround 14. Stainless steel small sink in kitchen area 15. Type K Fire extinguisher 16. Large in wall Airconditioner 17. (1) Brand new freezer (1) Used freezer 18. (1) refrigerated sandwich prep cooler 19. (1) Small refrigerator - service area 20. (2) Taylormade soft serve slushy machine 1 spigot/and 2 spigot 21. Equipment on site Not connected to service o (2) Dean Fryers GAS o (1) Star griddle GAS o (1) 4 Compartment sink with (2) faucets Water is connected- Drain and grease trap are not o a drain and pex plumbing installed for possible ice machine use o (1) Mop basin and Faucet Many of these items could not be connected at present due to the fact we did not want to file a restaurant application since I did not intend to open the business.
