Complete replacement of Soil stack, drains new to sewer, water pipes and water heater 4. Bears standing on barrels, log were obtained from a local log home builder. 10. Commercial lighting was added under the eaves in the service area- yellow fluorescent type lighting - smacks of the 1950's 11. Extensive ceramic tiling throughout 12. Commercial suspended ceiling in the kitchen area with commercial lighting 13. Cooking area - Stainless steel surround 14. Stainless steel small sink in kitchen area 15. Type K Fire extinguisher 16. Large in wall Airconditioner 17. (1) Brand new freezer (1) Used freezer 18. (1) refrigerated sandwich prep cooler 19. (1) Small refrigerator - service area 20. (2) Taylormade soft serve slushy machine 1 spigot/and 2 spigot 21. Equipment on site Not connected to service o (2) Dean Fryers GAS o (1) Star griddle GAS o (1) 4 Compartment sink with (2) faucets Water is connected- Drain and grease trap are not o a drain and pex plumbing installed for possible ice machine use o (1) Mop basin and Faucet Many of these items could not be connected at present due to the fact we did not want to file a restaurant application since I did not intend to open the business.
