In order to be eligible for an townhome unit, you must meet certain income limits as determined by the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing. These home typically feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms and there are parking spots out front for those with cars. There are four single-family models covering around 1,515 and over 2,000 square feet and all homes feature open floor plans and first-floor master suites. Homes here have two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a one or two-car garage. Homes also include professional landscaping with sprinkler systems.

The home designs feature vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors. The master suites have tiled baths and jacuzzis.
